Our Story

Why Vietnam Xplorer exists.

Vietnam Xplorer began with a simple frustration: most visitors leave Vietnam having seen its postcards, not its people. We started designing smaller, slower journeys — ones where you sit down with a noodle-shop owner in Hanoi's Old Quarter, or spend an afternoon learning to lacquer in a Hue workshop, instead of rushing between checkpoints.

Today, our team of Vietnam-based specialists builds private itineraries for travelers who want to understand the country, not just photograph it.
